Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

    Attach Shipping Label

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
